Iridescent, or "rainbow", Pyrite is a naturally forming mineral caused by trace Arsenopyrite oxidation on the surfaces of the metallic crystal. The contrast the golds, blues, and hot pinks have against the clear and well-formed Quartz crystals is stunning. The Pyrite and Quartz crystals are sharply defined and display a striking balance of form and light.

Pyrite crystals of this coloration are highly sought after by collectors.
