The Houston Museum of Natural Science accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Please note that once you confirm your order, your credit card will be charged immediately. When you click "Confirm Order" at checkout, you will receive an order number which you should keep for your records. We will also email an order confirmation within 24 hours. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska might take longer than shipments to the continental US. The Houston Museum of Natural Science recommends that you use a credit card rather than a debit card to place orders above $1,000 dollars.
Issues With Credit Cards Orders
If your card is declined, please check the following:
- Your billing address is correct
- Your credit card number is valid
- The credit card holder name appears as it does on the credit card
- Your credit card has not expired
- Your credit card CCV code is correct
Sales Tax
Items sold by the Houston Museum of Natural Science and shipped within the state of Texas are subject to sales tax.
