Calcite with Hematite

This cluster of sharp, mostly transparent, white to colorless Calcite crystals showcase a beautiful gradient of red-orange Hematite inclusions along the bottom of the specimen. Aesthetically pleasing to the eye, the well-defined Calcite crystals are lustrous and reflective, showcasing tiny prisms within several crystals.

The Tsumeb mine is world-famous for its diverse and high-quality mineral specimens. The Calcite specimens found here have striking red Hematite inclusions within their lustrous, rhombohedral crystals. These Calcites are highly prized by collectors for their beauty.
