Found in Argentina, the Amargasaurus has a double row of spines down the neck, from the base of its skull to its shoulder blades, which may have sported a twin "sail". It lived during the Early Cretaceous 132-127 million years ago. It's part of the Family Diplodocoidae, though small for its size as it only grew up to 33 feet long.
