The Ka Statue of Tutankhamun one of two statues that guards the entrance to the burial chamber of King Tutankhamun. The statue is black, representing the Nile mud that gives fertility annually, and the black color also signifies resurrection and the continuity of life. The statue depicts Tutankhamun in a striding pose, holding a mace in his right hand, and has texts inscribed on it.
