Don't worry, this Smoky Quartz isn't haunted. Only slightly irradiated! It's alright, you don't have to worry about turning into a superhero (or supervillain), the radiation process only happens during the crystals formation and the color is a byproduct of the silicone dioxide mineral- free silicone is formed during the irradiation process. Smoky quartz has a glass-like appearance and can be translucent- in fact, flat panes of smoky quartz were used in 12th century China during court proceedings so judges could hide their facial expressions. You may want to keep this quartz on its stand once its yours, though. The Smoky Quartz ia 11 inches tall with the base, and the base is 6 inches wide, 5 inches long.
