Nadia and Nancy Koch grew up in a porcelain world; their family has produced high-end porcelain since the 1880s and their father was a renowned miniaturist. Combining their passion for jewelry with their ceramics background, the sisters created Nach Bijoux, a completely hand made and hand painted fine porcelain jewelry collection.
Porcelain jewelry, primarily in the form of portrait brooches, became a trend during the Georgian Period and the establishment of now iconic porcelain producers like Wedgwood and Limoges.
